Dr. Judith is a distinguished educator and academic leader with over two decades of experience in education administration and curriculum development. She holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in English Language from the University of Buea, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Educational Leadership from The University of Buea, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Management from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Dr. Judith began her career as a classroom teacher before rising through the ranks to become a department head, and ultimately an Administrator. Under her visionary leadership, HEMIPT University has recorded consistent improvements in academic performance, infrastructure development, and student welfare programs.
She is a certified member of the Cameroon Education Service (CES) and a fellow of the HND examination development board. She has authored several papers on inclusive education and school governance, which have been published in peer-reviewed journals across Africa.
Beyond academics, Dr. Judith is a passionate advocate for community development, youth mentorship, and sports. She firmly believes that education is the greatest equalizer and continues to champion scholarships and outreach programs for underprivileged students in the region.
